Notice is given that articles of incorporation to incorporate Sandy Springs Television, Inc.  have been delivered to the Secretary of State for filing in accordance with the Georgia Business Corporation Code.   The initial registered office of the corporation is located at Five Concourse Pkwy, Ste 3000, Sandy Springs, GA 30328; and its initial registered agent at such address is TJ Adams.

Sandy Springs Television is a new and exciting local media outlet produced for business and community residents.  It is also the city’s first public access television program broadcast to its 85,000 neighbors; and to 50 million viewers worldwide.  Our mission is to provide an exposure platform for local businesses and community groups. Nearly 10,000 visitors tuned into the website during the startup phase alone. People want to see what's on Sandy Springs TV.  If you're in Sandy Springs and you want to be seen, SSTV is definitely the place to be.

At present, we are actively pursuing strategic partnerships, affiliations, and forming alliances.  If you are an established business seeking a pivotal sponsorship opportunity, this is it.
